This is a video we watched the other day in band class. The students watched the video which I shared to them with Microsoft Teams, and then we had a forum discussion about what they found interesting about the video. Responses varied greatly and were thoughtful! Some did mention they learned that "Music makes you smarter", which we needed to have a deeper discussion about that since this isn't the point of the video and there is only a few specific research studies that have been done regarding the supposed 'Mozart Effect', which focus on very specific categories of brain functioning such as a spatial recognition.
